Nothing beyond what you choose to send. There are no accounts, no forms, and no tracking cookies set by this site. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to serve and protect the site.
If you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and follow up. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Claims files handled in our adjusting work are governed by the agreements we sign with each insurer, including data residency, retention, and confidentiality terms. Those agreements, and the security documentation behind them, are shared in diligence.
